International Roadmap for Devices and Systems (IRDS-IEEE) & European Roadmaps

This Seminar will be devoted to the presentation of the European and International IRDS Roadmaps, covering in particular the following fields: More Moore (logic and memories), Beyond CMOS, More than Moore, Cryogenic Electronics & Quantum Information Processing, Connectivity, System Design, Manufacturing Science. These new Roadmaps take into account the specificity of the International and European industrial and academic landscapes and applications needs (Mobile Convergence, IoT, Automotive, Security, Industrial, Energy, Medical), and are used  i) as input for research programmes at European level, ii) to better coordinate academic and industrial research, and iii) for equipment, semiconductors and application development.
