Activities / Resume

Maryline Bawedin received the Industrial Engineer degree from Gramme Institute, the Master degree in applied sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, in 2001 and 2003, respectively. She received her Ph.D. degree jointly from the Université Catholique de Louvain and from the National Polytechnics Institute of Grenoble, France, in 2007. From 2002 to 2007, her main research field was the electrical characterization, modeling and simulation of floating-body effects (FBEs) for SOI memories applications and DC performance of very-thin film SOI power devices. From 2008 to 2010, she worked at the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics (CAPE), Cambridge, United Kingdom, where she was involved in the development of III-V hetero-structures on alternative substrate like diamond for high power and RF applications. She is now Associate Professor at Grenoble INP. She is author or co-author of over 150 scientific papers and communications at international conferences in the field of Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) devices
